Markly previews Markdown entirely in your browser. No draft is ever uploaded to any server or saved by ToolBookly. There is no save feature, no database of documents and no list of recent links. Share links store your Markdown, compressed, after the # in the URL. Browsers do not send that part of a URL to servers, and Markly removes it from the page address it reports to analytics.
"Looks like a secret" notice
Before you copy a share link, Markly may warn you if the text looks like passwords, tokens or keys. That check runs only on your device. It does not send the text anywhere.
Data We Do NOT Collect

- ❌ No tracking cookies beyond aggregate analytics
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for aggregate usage statistics only. No Markdown content is collected.
